Please allow for the days required to deliver the product to you from the date of receipt of your order. All the orders will be processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days depending upon geographical locations. For locations that are remote or cannot be serviced by our Courier Agencies, will be delivered by Registered Post and thus delivery may take between 10-12 working days.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items damaged / defective / missing in any shape or form.
  • Incorrect / wrong item received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Exclusions

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as opened Skincare products.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
